3 healthy salad dressing recipes

You are a fan of salads of all kinds but unfortunately to enhance the taste you too often opt for dressings that are too greasy (much to the despair of your line)... Life is done well, the OWARI team has selected 3 healthy dressings for you easy to replicate at home! Don't forget that you can consume our products during your (possible) weight loss process alongside a healthy and balanced diet.

For each of these recipes, you must add the ingredients in the order indicated and you will obtain these magnificent and delicious vinaigrettes:


3 healthy dressings
















Cottage cheese sauce:

- 100g cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- chive
- salt pepper.


Hummus sauce:


- 150g hummus
- 100g plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry or turmeric
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of water depending on the consistency
- salt and pepper


Peanut sauce:

- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- A little lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
